Group Mentoring in Education: Theoretical Foundations and Applications for Organizational Development

Abstract

This article examines group mentoring as a framework for professional and organizational development in education. It synthesizes the existing literature and proposes an operational definition alongside a three-dimensional model (relational, processual, and functional). An applied example illustrates the use of group mentoring for school leadership teams. The
study adopts a conceptual and illustrative approach and highlights the potential of group mentoring to enhance collaborative
learning and organizational capacity.
