Abstract
This article reflects the results of a study investigating teachers’ perceptions of developing strategic competence through the implementation of European educational projects, using a questionnaire applied to a sample of 49 teachers and master’s students from Romania and the Republic of Moldova. The study starts from the hypothesis that the systematic involvement of teachers in European educational projects favors the formation of strategic competence, contributing to an increase in the degree of professional autonomy, the development of critical thinking and the consolidation of reflective educational leadership in the school.
Keywords: strategic skills, European educational projects, professional development, eTwinning, Erasmus+, educators, project management.
