The Strategic Vision of European Educational Projects: a Catalyst for the Development of Strategic Competence in Teaching Staff

Abstract
The article aims to examine the role of the strategic vision of European educational projects and the need to develop key competences in teachers in this European context marked by social changes and very rapid technological evolution. The success and impact of educational initiatives both at national and international level is based on the development of strategic competence in teachers. The article aims to analyze in detail how the coordination or involvement in European projects such as eTwinning and Erasmus contributes to the development of strategic competence. Through concrete examples, derived from direct experience in coordinating these projects, the aim is to identify the links between strategic vision and the formation of strategic competence, which transform teachers into proactive agents of change and innovation, capable of significantly contributing to the modernization and adaptation of educational systems.
