Abstract

The paper examines how artificial intelligence (AI) functions as a driver of educational innovation, reshaping both axiological perspectives and teachers’ continuous professional development. It highlights the importance of ethics, reliability, authenticity, creativity, and collaboration in the responsible use of AI. Emerging trends such as a micro-learning and social learning are analyzed, supported by focus group and interview data, emphasizing the need for flexible, contextualized training programs aligned with contemporary digital transformations. Finally, we propose an integrative framework of the continuous teacher-training ecosystem for the assimilation of AI into educational design.
