Paradigms and Reconfigurations in the Training of Future Teachers

Abstract

The paper analyzes the current transformations in the training of future teachers, driven by contemporary technological, social, and educational developments. The focus is placed on the digital reconfiguration of education, the integration of artificial intelligence, and the development of the competencies required by the modern teacher. The study highlights the transition from the traditional model centered on knowledge transmission to one based on flexibility, inclusion, and adaptability. Furthermore, the paper examines the dimensions of teacher professionalization, the role of socio-emotional competencies, and the importance of ethical values in education. Thus, teacher training becomes a complex process oriented toward innovation, critical reflection, and the effective management of the challenges of today’s digital society.
