Abstract

The study aims to investigate the opinions of teachers regarding the management of educational projects in early childhood education in the Republic of Moldova. The research was conducted on 125 kindergarten teachers using a questionnaire structured around eight items, exploring the necessity, frequency of implementation, encountered difficulties, institutional support, family collaboration, need for training, impact on child development, and possible resource gaps. The results highlight that educational projects are perceived as essential tools for the holistic development of children; however, their effectiveness depends on the educators’ competence level, available resources, and managerial support.
