Abstract

This biobibliographical work focuses on Vasile Cojocaru, a university professor and Doctor Habilitat in Pedagogy, a recognized and highly regarded trainer of teachers and administrators, a scholar, and an active participant in the reform of general education and educational administration in the Republic of Moldova, as well as in the implementation of quality standards in education.
